Putting People
Over Politics
I’m a Rancho Santa Margarita resident, mother, and local business owner and I am running to bring a strong, approachable, and transparent voice to City Council – one that values people over politics, community over ego, and smart, fiscally responsible decisions that strengthen RSM and keep it affordable for all.
I’ll fight to bring After-School Care back to RSM.
It’s time to bring affordable After-School-Care back to RSM and expand Programs that increase Affordability our city. The current City Council took away the Boys & Girls Club’s home at the Bell Tower, leaving hundreds of families without after-school care. A costly mistake, because every $1 the Club receives returns $9.60 in community value.
Fiscal Responsibility. No more ego projects
While community programs get cut, the City Council approved an $800,000 monument sign and another $600,000 fence project — both costly, cosmetic decisions that do nothing to improve residents’ daily lives. These are “ego projects” that drain city resources instead of investing in what truly matters.
Transparency & Term Limits
The RSM City Council is not video recording their meetings, keeping residents in the dark about how decisions are made. Out of 34 cities in Orange County, only two, RSM and La Palma, do not livestream meetings. With some council members in power for 20+ years, it’s clear we need term limits, new leaders, and a council that listens to the community instead of dismissing it.
Affordability & Positive ROI for RSM
Our city deserves leadership that invests wisely — in projects that deliver a positive return on investment (ROI) not just financially, but socially and economically. Every decision should strengthen our city, support our residents, and make our community economically stronger, more vibrant & more affordable.
For a thriving & affordable RSM
I’m running to bring a strong, educated, approachable, and transparent voice to City Council — one that values collaboration over politics and community over ego. With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Doctorate in Business Administration, I bring a deep understanding of economics, leadership, and fiscal responsibility. I believe in nonpartisan, transparent, and practical decision-making — ensuring that every dollar benefits our residents, families, and neighborhoods, not vanity projects.

Dr. Natalie Guse
RMS Resident and City Council Candidate
What people say
I am so proud to support Dr. Natalie Guse for Rancho Santa Margarita City Council – District 2, 2026! If you’ve ever met Natalie, you know how genuine she is. She listens, she cares, and she always shows up for our community. Dr. Guse truly understand what RSM families and residents need – from affordable after-school care and bringing the Boys & Girls Club back, so that our kids have a safe, supportive place to grow, to eliminating vanity and ego projects and spending to bringing civility back to the City Council, she’s standing up for families, neighbors and the heart of RSM. That’s the kind of leadership our city deserves!

Natalie is one of the most energetic, motivated and driven people that I have ever known. Since I met her, she has expressed her desire for helping others. She has the tools and the heart to help our community thrive -socially and financially. RSM couldn’t be in better hands than with Natalie.
Veronica Dominguez
You have my full support Dr. Natalie ! I have witnessed your kindness and generosity, your determination and passion for helping others first hand. My family believes that you are exactly what RSM needs. Not just RSM, but this world.
Janice Garcia
I have been impressed with Natalie’s leadership and grass roots organizing while working with her, along with other concerned citizens, during the effort to keep the Boys & Girls club in the community center in RSM. During this time, Natalie has shown empathy and understanding of the issues faced by the parents who were affected by the closure. Her skills in community organizing and accomplishments in her own business would make her a great leader. Her understanding of the issues makes her a perfect asset to our city by listening to the concerns of all constituents and taking appropriate responsible actions.

I have had a chance to get to know Natalie Guse and call her my friend. She is an amazing mother and a successful business woman, but also a very kind and compassionate human. Natalie cares deeply for our community and our community members needs, she is more than qualified to represent my district in the City of RSM. I can’t wait to see that day!
